ජාතික සමාජ සංවර්ධන ආයතනය‍ වෙත සාදරයෙන් පිළිගනිමු

            ජාතික   සමාජ   සංවර්ධන  ආයතනය  යනු ශ්‍රී  ලංකාවේ  සමාජ වැඩ අධ්‍යාපනය ලබාදෙනු ලබන ප්‍රමුඛ ආයතනය වේ. 1978 අංක 16 දරණ විශ්ව විද්‍යාල පණතේ 25 ඒ වගන්තිය යටතේ විශ්වවිද්‍යාල ප්‍රතිපාදන කොමිෂන්  සභාව විසින්  මෙම ආයතනය උපාධි  පිරිනමන ආයතනයක් ලෙස පිළිගෙන ඇත.  මෙම  ආයතනය  සමාජ  සංවර්ධනය ඇති කිරීම  සඳහා  සමාජ  සුබසාධන ක්ෂේත්‍රය     තුළ ක්‍රියාකාරී  වන  සමාජ  වැඩකරුවන්  බිහිකරන  සමාජ  සේවා අමාත්‍යාංශය  යටතේ ක්‍රියාත්මක වන ආයතනයකි.
